Delivery
 
RANGEELA delivers to most states and cities in India. Since courier companies do not deliver to P. O.
 
Box address, it is necessary when buying through the site to enter your full street address along with
 
pin/zip code.
 
Deliveries are generally done during the normal business hours of courier companies.
 
There are no pick-ups from the store on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partners do not
 
pick-up packages on those days.
 
 
Order Status
 
The status of your order can be tracked by signing in to the website with your Username and Password,
 
and clicking the ‘My Account’ link.
 
 
Address Change Requests
 
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations in the details, like address, etc.
 
 
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
 
Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, viz. wherein
 
the address and zip code do not match. In such cases RANGEELA will not bear the cost of any such
 
penalties and/or fees, this will be entirely to the customer’s account.
 
Please therefore ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly.
 
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will need to pay re-shipping charges for that
 
consignment.
 
 
Billing and Shipping Addresses 
 
Billing Address is the address at which customers gets bills delivered from the credit card company.
 
Shipping address is the address at which customers wish to receive the products they have purchased.
 
Returns Policy
 
RANGEELA will not refund or exchange any products bought through online sales
 
at WWW.RANGEELA.CO.IN, under any circumstances.
 
 
We also believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colours seen on a monitor will be
 
slightly different as compared to the colour of actual outfit ordered.
 
 
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly
 
or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having
 
exceeded the preset limit  mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank  from time to time.
